DEALER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Dealer agrees to provide courteous, prompt, efficient and quality service to owners and users of Airsports USA/Spartan products, when requested, regardless of where the products were purchased.

• Dealer is hereby granted the non-exclusive right of displaying Airsports USA/Spartan trademarks, service marks, names, and designs used in connection with Airsports USA Inc. products.

• All Airsports USA Inc.. dealers are required to inspect and test Airsports USA Inc. items bought from the company. The dealer agrees to report any defect within 5 working days of discovery.

• No refunds or exchanges will be permitted on dropped shipped or special order merchandise.

• Dealer agrees to notify Airsports USA Inc. of any change in business name, address, ownership, telephone and/or instructor certification status within 24 hours.

*Dealer agrees to maintain a current Instructor rating for him self or one of the employs from an association like LSA, USUA/ ASC/EAA or USHGA *(call for exemptions) or any other international association.

• The terms of a regular dealership offered a proposed dealer will be one year. Airsports USA will notify a dealer within one week of expiration if the dealer has performed satisfactorily. Sales evaluation reports will be furnished periodically and at least annually so that the dealer may take prompt action, if necessary, to achieve satisfactory sales performance.
