Application

At the moment, the design is only intended for a few select Harley Davidson models with stock sissy bars and metric bikes with the same dimensions. ( See the pictures below to learn how to measure your sissy bar to fit the smart rack.)

This is a real detachable sissy bar luggage rack, 5 second installation and removal on the sissy bar to support your sissy bar luggage bag

Construction and specifications

• Easy, place-on design -- no hardware installation required
• Constructed from 9/16" solid steel.
• Paint is electrostatic powder coating glossy black, available in chrome for extra $25 (please allow 6-10 days more on delivery time for chrome)
• Dimensions: 7” wide 8” Long
• Weight: 3,5 Lbs.
• Security: Secure with Velcro straps (not included) .Warning: Do not drive without luggage load on the rack, remove from motorcycle if rack is not loaded and secure with Velcro straps.

  This rack is not a permanent accessory to use on a motorcycle, it is only made to support your sissy-bar luggage bag and remove from bike when you remove your bag!

  SMART-RACK COMES WITH HEAT-SHRINK INSTALLED TO AVOID SCRATCHING

    Remember your back rest is ether chrome plated or black anodize, both very tough materials and rack will be rubber against metal with the heat shrink installed! 

   

Fits: All Harley Davidson and metric sissy bars (backrest) with the following measurements

If dimensions 1, 2, and 3 on picture 4 and 5 are correct on your sissy bar (backrest) you all set regardless how tall your sissy bar is 

measure Lower outside : 226 mm 8 3/4" in (picture 4)

measure On the bend inside: 120 mm 4 3/4" in (picture 4)

measure Upper outside: 136 mm 5 3/8" in (picture 4)

will also fit the 13" (picture 5) and 20 " tall (picture 4) sissy bar (measure from fender up) or any other with the spects bellow.

tolerance 0.125" (1/8") or 4 mm

Please measure as in the spect above and the pictures 4-5 bellow
